1. Introduction
Welcome to Forever in Fabric by Fiona. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Orders and Payments
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
Cancellations: If you cancel before fabric is received, we retain the deposit, but no further costs are due.
Work in Progress: If work has commenced on your fabric, the full quoted price is payable.
3. Handcrafted Nature & Variations
Every item is bespoke and handmade. By providing your own fabric/clothing, you acknowledge:
Slight variations in size, stitching, and finish are part of the handmade charm.
We cannot be held responsible for the durability of the finished product if the provided fabric is aged, fragile, or unsuitable for the design requested.
These are hand-stitched, artisanal goods, not mass-produced factory items, as such, minor variations in stitching and finish are an inherent part of the product's charm and authenticity. Each bag will have a Forever in Fabric by Fiona label attached to the lining.
4. Transport and Risk of Loss
Inbound: You are responsible for the fabric whilst in transit to and from Forever in Fabric. Shipping is not accepted, local delivery in person to Forever in Fabric by Fiona is accepted, only.
In Our Care: We promise to treat your sentimental items with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by third parties (e.g., fire, theft of premises).
Outbound: All finished items are to be collected in person, you are responsible for the bag and fabric once it has left Forever in Fabric by Fiona.
5. Returns of Goods
Under consumer law, personalized and bespoke items are non-returnable unless they are faulty due to a defect in the handmaking of the item. Please ensure you are happy with the design before we begin.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Fiona (Forever in Fabric) owns the intellectual property for all material on this website, including designs and photographs. You may not republish or sell our content without written permission.
7. User Comments
We reserve the right to monitor and remove any comments on our site that are deemed offensive or inappropriate. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content (e.g., testimonials).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Turnaround Times: A waiting list operates and Fiona (Forever in Fabric) will request receipt of the fabric when your order has reached the top of the waiting list. Each bag takes approximately 2 working days to complete. You will be advised of the approximate collection date at the time of receipt of the fabric
10. Fabric "Leftovers": Fiona (Forever in Fabric) will aim to use the fabric provided in the bags created. Scraps of fabric will be disposed of through a fabric recycling service. Occasionally there will be large pieces of fabric left over where this occurs Fiona (Forever in Fabric) will contact you to discuss whether to return to you or recycle the fabric.
11. Photography and Promotion By ordering from Forever in Fabric by Fiona, you agree that we may take photos of the finished product for our portfolio, website, and social media channels.

Opt-out: If you would like your item to remain private and not be featured online, please state this at the time of your order or via email, and we will fully respect your request.
Use of Digital & AI Imagery To respect the privacy and memory of your loved ones, if permission is not granted to use an original photograph of an individual wearing or holding the garment, we may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
This involves digitally recreating or superimposing the finished item onto a generic AI-generated figure or "model." This allows us to demonstrate how the item looks and hangs on a person without using the likeness or identity of your loved one. These images are for illustrative purposes only to showcase our craftsmanship.
